Prince Harry Admits Bringing Archie & Lilibet Back To The U.K. Is ‘Impossible’

In a recent interview, Prince Harry addressed the possibility of returning to the United Kingdom with his family. He has been involved in legal disputes regarding security arrangements and press treatment since moving to California in 2020.

The Duke of Sussex expressed feeling “devastated” and “let down” by a recent court ruling. The decision denied him automatic, taxpayer-funded police protection for his family during visits to the U.K.

Following this legal setback, Harry stated he would not pursue further action, believing the courts have proven there is “no way to win.” He suggested the royal family may have influenced the outcome.

He specifically cited his father, King Charles III, stating the situation “could be resolved through him” by allowing security experts to make necessary arrangements without interference.

When asked if he would bring his wife, Meghan, and their children back without sufficient security, Harry was definitive. “I can’t see a world in which I would be bringing my wife and children back to the U.K. at this point,” he told the BBC.

He expressed sadness that his children, Archie and Lilibet, may never properly know his homeland. “I think that it’s really quite sad that I won’t be able to show my children my homeland,” he shared, while affirming his enduring love for the U.K.

Despite the conflict, Prince Harry expressed a desire for reconciliation with his family, noting the preciousness of life. “It would be nice to reconcile,” he said, indicating a hope to mend fences while acknowledging the current estrangement.
