Felix, a single dad, helps his elderly neighbor, Mrs. White, mow her lawn. As a token of appreciation, she offers him an ornate box, which he initially refuses but later finds hidden in a bag of apples. Felix discovers that the antique box could be worth $250,000, leading him to question whether to keep it for financial security.
