NATO boss issues terrifying World War 3 warning as he tells people to ‘start learning Russian’

Russian President Vladimir Putin has warned that Europe is “defenceless” against nuclear threats, highlighting its lack of an early missile warning system. His comments came as NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte urged members to increase defense spending to 5% of GDP, stressing that “hope is not a strategy” against Russia’s growing aggression. Putin claimed Russia’s conventional military superiority makes nuclear escalation unnecessary but emphasized Europe’s vulnerability in a potential conflict.

Former British Army officer Colonel Richard Kemp warned that deeper NATO involvement in Ukraine could provoke Russian retaliation, including missile strikes or cyberattacks. A 2022 study suggested a U.S.-Russia war could kill 360 million directly, with billions more dying from starvation. While Putin downplayed immediate nuclear risks, his remarks underscore rising tensions as NATO seeks to counter Russia’s military threats.
