Anti-Trump Gunman Leaves Chilling

Federal agents have arrested a man in connection with a drive-by shooting at the ABC 10 television station in Sacramento. The suspect has been identified as 64-year-old Anibal Hernandez-Santana.

The incident occurred on September 19, when the suspect allegedly fired upon the station’s building. He was initially taken into custody by local police following the attack.

Shortly after posting $200,000 bail for the local charges, Hernandez-Santana was rearrested by the FBI. This second arrest was based on new federal charges related to the incident.

A significant development in the case was the discovery of a handwritten note inside the suspect’s vehicle. According to the Justice Department, the message named specific former Trump administration officials.

The note reportedly targeted Attorney General Pam Bondi, FBI Director Kash Patel, and Deputy Director Dan Bongino. It referenced the Jeffrey Epstein case as a motive and contained threatening language.

An investigation into the suspect’s social media activity revealed a history of anti-Trump posts. One post expressed a desire for the former president’s “physical demise,” while others indicated a readiness to violently oppose the administration.

The shooting took place one day after protests were held outside the ABC 10 station. These protests were related to the suspension of host Jimmy Kimmel for his on-air comments about a political commentator. FBI Director Kash Patel stated that the suspect remains in federal custody and that targeted violence will be prosecuted fully.
