Ingredients:

  • Carrot chunks
  • Potatoes
  • Onion
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Garlic and herb spice (to taste)
  • Curry leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Beef
  • Brown onion soup mix

Method:

  1. Fry onion in olive oil until soft.
  2. Add beef, salt, black pepper, garlic and herb spice, curry leaves, and paprika. Cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Add potatoes and continue cooking until potatoes are cooked.
  4. Add carrot chunks and cook until tender.
  5. Mix in brown onion soup mixture.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
