Andie MacDowell struts the streets in a chic casual dress, with her gorgeous silvery hair framing her makeup-free face

Andie MacDowell, once famed for her curly brown locks, now proudly sports silver hair, advocating for gray pride. At 65, she compares herself to George Clooney, embracing her age. Starting as a model, she debuted in 1984’s “Greystoke: The Legend of Tarzan, Lord of the Apes,” though her voice was dubbed due to her accent. Later, she shone in “St. Elmo’s Fire” and “Sex, Lies & Videotape,” earning a Golden Globe nomination.

Despite industry pressure, MacDowell chose to go gray during quarantine, stating, “If I don’t do it now, I won’t have the chance to be salt and pepper.” She believes aging deserves dignity and pride, as depicted on her Style magazine cover in 2022.

Recently, she starred in Netflix’s “Maid” alongside her daughter, Margaret Qualley. MacDowell is filming “Goodrich” and hopes for more acting opportunities with her daughter in the future.

Embracing her natural beauty, MacDowell’s journey with gray hair inspires advocates of gray pride. What are your thoughts on MacDowell’s embrace of her natural hair color?
