Trump Revenge: Campaign Makes Stunning Announcement Hours After ‘Guilty’ Verdict

Massive Fundraising Surge

After a Manhattan jury found former President Donald Trump guilty, his campaign announced $34.8 million in donations within 24 hours, surpassing the $10 million raised by President Joe Biden post-State of the Union.

MAGA Movement Energized

Conservative personality Alex Bruesewitz praised Trump supporters: “TRUMP SHATTERS FUNDRAISING RECORDS AFTER RIGGED BIDEN TRIAL VERDICT. 30% of it came from first-time Trump donors.” The campaign stated, “Biden and the Democrats’ witch hunt have awakened the MAGA movement.”

Campaign Financials

In 2020, Trump’s campaign and super PACs raised over $1 billion. For his 2023 bid, about $120 million has been raised, though legal expenses have reduced reserves. In April, the campaign and RNC raised $76 million.

Support from Former Rivals

Former adversaries like Florida Governor Ron DeSantis now support Trump. DeSantis pledged to raise $10 million for Trump, with a top adviser stating, “The governor is willing to put the sword down.”
