“Three’s Company” star Joyce DeWitt keeps a low profile in Los Angeles post-fame. She reconciled with co-star Suzanne Somers.

Joyce DeWitt, known for her role in the popular show “Three’s Company,” now lives a secluded life in Los Angeles, away from the limelight. Her acting journey began in high school, despite initial opposition from her father. After earning a degree in Acting from Ball State University and a master’s degree from UCLA, she landed the role of Janet Wood in “Three’s Company.”

The show, a comedy about three roommates, aired from 1977 to 1984, gaining immense popularity. DeWitt, along with co-stars John Ritter and Suzanne Somers, became household names. However, she shied away from the fame and later focused on theater acting.

DeWitt’s relationship with Somers soured due to a pay dispute, but they reconciled in 2012. Somers apologized for her past actions, and the two patched things up. Reflecting on their journey, DeWitt praised the experience of working together and highlighted Somers’ courage.

Despite the challenges, DeWitt remained committed to her craft. She took a hiatus after “Three’s Company” to explore spirituality and eventually returned to acting. While she maintains a low profile, her reunion with Somers marked a significant moment in her career and personal life.
