Chris Gauthier, a beloved character actor known for his roles in “Eureka” and “Once Upon a Time,” passed away unexpectedly after a short illness. His representatives confirmed the news, stating, “He had gone to heaven.” Gauthier, who was born on January 27, 1976, in Luton, Bedfordshire, England, held Canadian citizenship and lived in Vancouver.
Gauthier’s big break came with his role as Vincent in “Eureka,” which aired from 2006 to 2012. He also portrayed Malcolm Ross in “Harper’s Island” and William Smee in “Once Upon a Time.” His IMDB page lists over 100 film credits, including roles in “Freddy vs. Jason,” “The Butterfly Effect 2,” “Watchmen,” and the Hallmark movie “The Christmas House.”
