Keanu Reeves reveals serious injury he suffered recently while filming latest movie
Keanu Reeves, one of the most beloved celebrities, recently shared an unfortunate incident that concerned many. The 59-year-old actor has been busy filming his latest project, “Good Fortune.” During an appearance on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert,” Reeves recounted how he broke his kneecap while filming.
Colbert asked, “What happened? Who got to you?” Reeves playfully replied, “No one got to me. Accident got to me.”
Reeves explained that the injury happened while filming a scene with Aziz Ansari and Seth Rogen. “We were in a cold plunge. I was doing the ‘cold shuffle’ in a room with protective carpets, and my foot got caught in a pocket,” he said. Demonstrating, Reeves added, “My patella, kneecap, cracked like a potato chip.”
“Comedy is hard, man,” Keanu joked. Colbert clarified, “This was not an action film with Aziz and Rogen.” Reeves confirmed, “No, it was comedy.” Colbert responded, “Welcome to my life.”
Keanu had been spotted filming on crutches earlier this year with an ice pack on his knee.
