Rick Harrison, creator and lead of “Pawn Stars,” is mourning the tragic loss of his son, Adam Harrison, who passed away at 39 from a drug overdose. The Clark County Coroner confirmed Adam’s death was caused by a lethal mix of fentanyl and methamphetamine, ruling it an accident. Adam, a plumber, worked at the family’s Gold & Silver Pawn shop, the focal point of the show, though he wasn’t a regular cast member.
Rick and his oldest son, Corey, paid heartfelt tributes to Adam on social media. Rick also emphasized the urgent need to combat the growing fentanyl crisis, which claimed over 73,000 lives in the U.S. in 2022 alone. The Harrison family has requested privacy as they grieve this devastating loss.
