A man and his wife were in bed when they heard a knock at the door at 3:30 a.m. The husband initially ignored it, but his wife urged him to answer. Reluctantly, he went downstairs and found a drunk man on the porch asking for a push. The husband refused and went back to bed.
His wife reminded him of a time they needed help in the rain, and someone assisted them. She said, “He needs our help and you should help him.” Despite the man being drunk, the husband felt compelled to help. He went outside and called out, “Hey, do you still want a push?”
A voice answered, “Yeah, please.” The husband then asked, “Where are you?” The drunk replied, “Over here, on the swing.”
